I can not produce output files by format agns from pointwise(exports are *.gg)
please help

Mohamad I'm not familiar with that format. Did you mean cgns or is this a custom format for your solver? You'll need to be more specific.

Unless there is another reason you chose CGNS, I suggest that you use the Fluent export format.

To do this:
  1. Load your PW grid file.
  2. Menu CAE/Select Solver.... Select ANSYS FLUENT
  3. Set the grid BCs using the CAE/Set Boundary Conditions... menu (optional).
  4. Set the grid VCs using the CAE/Set Voulume Conditions... menu (optional).
  5. Export the grid using the File/Export/CAE... menu.
