Hi
I am using the gridgen 15.08, and beginner. I generated meshes with 6 domains around NACA0012 airfoil. During the creating structured block, there is a error message as below. Block -> Create -> Assembles Faces -> Add 1st Face "The selected domain does not connect to the developing face in an appropriate manner. Try again." I can not selet only one domain please advise me. |

Anyway, enough with the trip down memory lane. Basically, you can't make a single block with your domain topology. Make two blocks (e.g. 1 for top 3 domains and another for bottom 3). If you want a single block you'll have to go with a C or O topology. The 2D Airfoil tutorial in Gridgen is a C topology. |
