Hot key Ctrl+Right Mouse Button not working in Pointwise V17.2 R2 software

Hi guys,
I have Pointwise V17.2 R2 installed in my system, whenever I import any IGES files, i cannot do a free rotate to view the model at different angles.

Referred to manual, which says
"X and Y screen-axis rotation --> Ctrl+Right Mouse Button", but even this isn't working, also i did Reset to defaults in all the settings, even then this problem isn't solved. Has anyone faced this issue? Or anyone have solution for this?
Kindly help me, as i'm running out of time to finish my project.

Thanks in advance :)

Hi Bharatesh:

I don't V17.2 R2 installed but V17.3 R1 works just fine in the scenario you describe. I've never heard of IGES import disabling mouse button image manipulation.

Have you tried the keypad keys for rotation around any of the 6 axes? (Body x-y-z and Screen x-y-z)?

What platform are you on?

Do the other mouse functions (pan, zoom, selection) work?

Hi John,

Thanks your reply, i work on Windows 7 platform, and yea i got the problem fixed.
Actually the hot key Ctrl+RMB was also the hot key for 'Worbweb' application, now i disabled it there in wordweb, and now it works fine in Pointwise.
