Gridgen grid sequencing
Is there an easy way of sequencing in Gridgen? If I created a domain with dimensions say 30X40, how can I modify this domain to exactly half the dimensions 15X20 without changing dimensions for each of the connectors.

In the Domains menu, there is a "Redimension Grids" function that will allow you to change the dimensions of a structured domain while keeping it balanced, i.e. it will change opposing connectors simultaneously.

Re: Gridgen grid sequencing
Thanks Chris. I am aware of this option, I was hoping there was an easier way, something like pick all domains and redimension all the connectors of the respective domains at once.

Thanks again

I'm not sure quite what you're after ...

The function I mentioned to you previously will accomplish what your desire if all your domains/blocks are connected - you simply change the dimensioning of each of the IJ(K) directions and it will apply to all of the other domains/blocks.

If your domains/blocks are not connected or point matched at the interface, you can select all the connectors you want changed and redimension them collectively.

I could see how, for the later, that selection may tedious if there were a large number of entities in the display window. Perhaps a simple Glyph script could be written to allow you to enter the NxM values of the domain and apply this to all domains you have selected.

I suggest contacting support with your question to see what your options are.
