Hei,

Until now I have only used Pointwise for 2D meshes, now I want to start with 3D meshes. I am trying to build a simple wing geometry but when I import the wing from CATIA and try to build the domains I always end up with two connectors that I can't join! They are on the upper side of the airfoil on the wing tip. I can theoretically work around this, but it makes the workflow a bit awkward. Can somebody please tell me how to join them?

Just in case somebody else encounters this. What did solve it in the end was to edit the domains and set the edges so that they dont start/end on that point

Sorry I didn't see your original post in time to make a suggestion. One thing to keep in mind regarding connectors is they shouldn't start and end at the same point (i.e. a closed loop). Any closed loop should be defined by two connectors. What can prevent connectors from being joined is a) they're used in domain(s) and joining the connectors would break the domain topology and b) if there's a t-junction of connectors.
