Is there a way I can resolve my boundary in my mesh using pointwise? I am trying to resolve my boundary layer. I am trying to get my mesh looking like the attached image. The image is from the Ansys website.

The mesh in your image isn't something to aspire to in regards to a boundary layer resolved mesh. The area/volume ratio between cells when transitioning between refinement levels is 4 to 1 in your image.

In short, yes Pointwise allows you to create boundary layer resolved grids using either all hexahedra or mixed elements with a number of different approaches. It does not include the octree approach pictured here; although, it does have the capability of creating a voxel mesh, which is similar. You typically use these types of meshes in the fairfield, not as a substitute for a nearbody grid. The octree/cartesian algorithm is typically poor at creating boundary layer resolved grids for viscous CFD simulations, but can be somewhat less tedious in generating a grid when the geometry is really complex.
