Default Heat sink pointwise mesh for fluid domain

Hi everyone I am trying to do heat sink case analysis in fluent .My mesh approach is pointwise and I have created the mesh of simple case including(source and heat sink) its working well. But now I wanna connect fluid volume domain with heat source and heat sink ….which I cant and problem facing in interface setting or when creating fluid block. I have attached the the pictures below please check it and gave me some suggestions to resolve this issue.
