REEF3D 21.05 (https://github.com/REEF3D/REEF3D/releases/tag/21.05) and DIVEMesh 21.05 (https://github.com/REEF3D/DIVEMesh/releases/tag/21.05) are released with a couple of additions and fixes. Make sure to use the newest REEF3D with the newest DIVEMesh.

There was an emphasis on patchBC in order to enable more flexible inlet and outlet boundary conditions. With patchBC, inlets/outlets can be place anywhere in the computational domain and connected to a range of consistently defined boundary conditions. See the REEF3D User Guide B 400s onwards. PatchBC now works for CFD and SFLOW.

x fixed outflow boundary conditions for SFLOW
x fixed patchBC for CFD
