Hi
I am trying to use reef3d simuilate three box side by side case according to "FLUID RESONANCE IN NARROW GAPS OF VERY LARGE FLOATING STRUCTURE
COMPOSED OF RECTANGULAR MODULES". it is my first time to use this software, so I build my case based on the tut "Non-Breaking Wave Forces" just as bellow, it is my first confusion, why I shouldn't set the layers for the turbulence model. After the simulation is done, the phi=0 surface accur in the box(as the screenshot2 shows). What's going on here? Did I make a mistake in my calculations?
All the setting files has benn upload.

Hei.
What do you mean with the following?

If you are talking about local wall refinement layers that exist in OpenFOAM for example, they do not exist in REEF3D at the moment.
No, you did not make a mistake in your simulation that is obvious to me. The free surface in REEF3D is described with a continuous function, which currently is only expected to be accurate outside of solids.

The level set set function zero contour inside the bodies are due to paraview visualization only.

Yes, that's what I meant. Does this mean that REEF3D will automatically set the boundary layer according to the turbulence model without us having to set it up?

Ok, thank you, I will continue to follow this example with subsequent simulations, do you have any other notes you'd like to tell me about similar examples?

Thank you very much, it turned out to be a paraview display problem!

Sorry Can you answer another question? please.
According to the user guid manuel, it seems that the user can only define a "force box" to out put the force , how can I out put the force for the side-by-side fixed boxs separately.
