Sorry to bother you, I have some problems in ubuntu terminal.
I can't do the last step.
When I enter the code, it appears as follows:

changshuqi@LAPTOP-VF066KCK:~/test1$ mpirun -n 4 REEF3D
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
WARNING: Linux kernel CMA support was requested via the
btl_vader_single_copy_mechanism MCA variable, but CMA support is
not available due to restrictive ptrace settings.

The vader shared memory BTL will fall back on another single-copy
mechanism if one is available. This may result in lower performance.

Hi,
Difficult to analyse the problem without more information.
But first,
Have you run
Code:
./DiveMESH
and has it resulted in the production of files grid-00001.dat, 0002.dat etc?

Next
use the command
Code:
ll
see if reef3d has
Code:
-rwxr-xr-x
in front of it.

Finally, ensure you have the latest (and compatible) DiveMESH and REEF3D versions.

If none of the above work, please upload your input files.

Thank you very much for the methods you provided. I checked them one by one and finally found that the problem was grid division. My computer could not support too many grids. I finally modified it and it worked. Thank you for your help. Best wishes to you!
