Looking for Successful Examples of "Three-Zone Constant dx" Grid

I am wondering if anyone has successfully used the "three zones with constant dx" (B 101/102/103 8 in DIVEMesh) grid stretching methodology. When I have tried to use it, the pressure algorithm fails. The control files for a successful run would be greatly appreciated.

I have used it in the past. The problem I have experienced, when it has crashed it that the change between the cell sizes in zone (n-1) to zone (n) has been too large.
