Finding the Coefficient of Transmission and Reflection

5 Attachment(s)
Im trying five conditions such as submerged breakwater (33% & 25% submergence), breakwater & water level on same level and emerged breakwater ( 33% & 25% emergence).
Im getting the graphs for submergence conditions but same level and emerged breakwater conditions, the velocities and waves are generating from the breakwater, due to this im getting wrong values. I didnt understand the what is wrong.
I want the water level below the breakwater, but the water level getting above the breakwater, after the still water level is set to same level to breakwater.
how to get the water level below the breakwater, and waves & velocities dont to generate from the breakwater.

im generating the waves from one side of the flume, but when i try to simulate, from the solid (breakwater) also generating the velocities, waves. What is the reason, is there anything in the files. PLease give me a gudiance.

how to solve this.

it's correct to generate waves from one side of the flume, not to generate waves from the breakwater, relfections will occur once the generated waves hit the breakwater. I see you set the water level at F 60 0.6 meters, but your breakwater has its highest point at 0.4 meters, that could be the reason why the breakwater is submerged.
