I know it will be tough to implement this, i have nevertheless the theory (stripping, capillary waves,...) to do this...

The Droplets gonna be stripped from the water...

The Droplets gonna be stripped from the water waves (Hydraulic jump) under the assumption that the height of this waves after stripping (drag bigger than surface tension effect) stay unchanged.
