If my memory does not fail, you can compile it dynamically by typing wmake libso inside the source folder (wherever you choose to place it). After that you have to set properly your fvSchemes...

Well, first of all the structured mesh seems much finer, and this is not "fair": you'll have to refine a lot the unstructured mesh and give it a second try with the same fvSchemes and fvSolution...
