Update: I tried the autoRefine

Update: I tried the autoRefineMesh patch but without result. I got the same errors with respect to octreeData.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. I got those errors on your testcase and on ny testcase. I get them both using the cellset and autorefine, exactly the same. Unfortunately I do not know how to copy...
