Well, I could solve this probl

Well, I could solve this problem by deleting (renaming) the /home/sega/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.4.1/.OpenFOAM-1.4.1/apps/FoamX/ns.ref file.

Now everything is running as usual.
