I'm no expert in CAD, but with my version of Autodesk Inventor it was not possible to import STL files.

But I'm sure there are import/export plugins available.
Maybe even SALOME is fit for...

I doubt that this will be possible "out-of-the-box" from within OpenFOAM.
Where did you get the data from?

What about importing the stl-files into a CAD...
