Because I copied over from the included 2.1.x case (tutorials/multiphase/interDyMFoam/ras/floatingBox). My guess is that the term is actually related to turbulence, not temperature.

Your file looks fine for the second option of selecting a phase. Does this happen at the case start or during the simulation? If the latter, is your mesh changing?
