Just open the model in Ansys meshing and create a coordinate system on the surface. Then you'll get your coordinates. Then go back to DM and continue modeling.

Do you need to know it, or is it sufficient to place an origin there? If you select a circular surface and create a new plane, you will have the plane origin in the center.
