found the problem,

Seems like the reason for that is the grid size is too small, the software failed to recognize the floor slab as a solid cell, thus allowing the radiation to pass through

So my transient simulation model is an multistorey carpark with a SUN object and 2 winds at different stages.

For some unknown reasons some of the cells in my model's LIT value keep coming up as...
