You cannot do it by adjusting Cp, unless the heat released/absorbed is small (which is usually not true). You may be able to do it with a source but...

Cp is easy. Heat absorbed/given off due to chemical reactions is a bit trickier. Have a look in the tutorials for how to specify chemical reactions.
