In your first post the domain which you are placing that boundary in is a solid one so the only options are wall and symmetry. This does not appear to be in the domain the boundary you selected is in...

The boundary selected is an external boundary of a solid body. A solid body has no flow so none of the flow BCs make sense. You can only select BCs associated with heat transfer.
