Does Turbulence kinetic energy change by the hydraulic diameter at constant Re ?

Hello, i study on a constant re=100.000, and my two model has a wide difference on TKE. M1 has 1m hydraulic diameter while M2 model has 0.2m. At constant RE for both of them. Waiting for your helps....
