the mentionned boundary conditions are not properly mesehd, and therefore not exported.
You have to fix this issue for export all your domain (incl. this BC)

Open Gambit and import the STEP File.

yes you can, but for sure you will have problem...

yes you can, but for sure you will have problem with skewness etc...
Instead of cleaning automatically the geometry, you may try merging faces and edges for each issue. Then you will understand why...
