disable visibilty of mesh, and click on the icon at the bottom next to the examine mesh. (the one wit color blue-red-green)
post a picture of the geometry...

But Fluent shouldn't start, if you have interfaces BC which are not defined as pair.
So in gambit define your first interface as...
