I don't know what you are trying to do, but in your case I would work in 2d. (you have very thin volume)
You have also superposed surfaces which is not correct. (Use split and/or substract tools)...

high skewness should come from the small angles (left and right).
You can try to split the edges for deleting the angle (split edges and delete the extremity (triangle) where you have the angle)
