in $WM_PROJECT_DIR/bin/foamVersion, the revision number is extracted by this command:
FOAM_DEV_SVN_REVISION_NUMBER=`$SVN_CMD info $WM_PROJECT_DIR | grep "Last Changed Rev:" | awk '{print $4}'`;
