it clearly says that symmetry plane is not in the...

it clearly says that symmetry plane is not in the x-y, x-y or z-x plane.

Any version can handle this. But requires hexa license.

No problem. You can make the mesh in rR14 and simulation in R13

Ok got it. I made these files in R14 and you are using R13. Using the updated version will solve this issue.
