It is 2d case? Did you choose 2d option while...

It is 2d case? Did you choose 2d option while exporting mesh? are you opening this mesh in 2d version of Fluent?

Right click on premesh and choose option "convert...

Right click on premesh and choose option "convert to unstructured mesh"

Blocking means you are subdividing your volume...

Blocking means you are subdividing your volume into smaller blocks which can be mapped mesh.
