One more point which meshing method you are using...

One more point which meshing method you are using : Tetra or Hexa ?

If hexa then you have to split block for that little face also and associate edges to curves and vertices to points..

It is unfortunate fact that CFX does not import...

It is unfortunate fact that CFX does not import the boundary conditions, through it imports all surfaces, domains etc. So what you should do:

You must create boundary conditions from the surfaces...

right click on parts and make a new part if...

right click on parts and make a new part if surface already exists. Otherwise go to geometry > create modify/surface > simple surface
