i dont think you can get rid of this problem...

i dont think you can get rid of this problem without doing any one of the following:

1. change geometry or

2. use unstructured mesh in that region

I tried on your geometry and extrude along curve...

I tried on your geometry and extrude along curve is not working. So i used simple extrude command (fixed distance and it is working)

blocking is also attached. Although some problems are still...
