what problem you are getting? Try to...

what problem you are getting?

Try to increase the no of nodes and also trying to reduce the triangulations tolerance from 0.001 to 0.0001 or even lower value

For thin edge (i am sure you are talking about...

For thin edge (i am sure you are talking about zero thickness), just close the region and you are done
