No, I think it was a new Beta feature at 14.0... It was not supposed to be released, but something went wrong with the beta flag that was supposed to hide it.

Since it was not release, we didn't...

this is the help that should have been in the...

this is the help that should have been in the doc...

Perhaps it is not working for you because your verts are not in the right locations (beyond the tolerance), or perhaps there is some issue...
