I should point out (in case it isn't obvious), that Exponential 2 does not take your spacing 1 setting into account. If you want it to, you can use one of the other options (such as bi exponential)....

You could interactively and iteratively adjust...

You could interactively and iteratively adjust your ratio 2 (with your number of nodes fixed) and see if it gives you the size you are looking for...

If you have enough nodes, it may work out.
