What meshing tool did you use, gambit or...

What meshing tool did you use, gambit or workbench? Did you mesh the two parts together or separately? I think this problem is due to the grids mismatch on the two sides of interface.

Did you calculate the radiation heat transfer?...

Did you calculate the radiation heat transfer? Can you locate the region with high temperature? Is it the interface between different parts?
