what i showed you in the picture was not about the vertices but squeezed element ... you are using 2x2x2 determinant to check a quality of a 3d geometry, use 3x3x3...

Your blocking strategy is not good, you have to...

Your blocking strategy is not good, you have to add o-grid around the wing. altough this is not the cause of you error... do a search of the terms "blocking" "wing" the subject has been treated...
