with more command the .gtm fil

with more command the .gtm file information is not readable.
And I don't know if i can edit it into something like the above .geo file.

I am thinking whether it is good way to convert .gtm...

I have a cfx mesh generated with icem cfd for cfx version 10.0.

Does anybody know if it is convertible with cfxToFoam. I the orignial icem cfd file generated for cfx(extension .cfx5) or the cfx...
