MICO should be driect compilable as standard Unix installation, see INSTALL.txt in mico-2.3.11 folder.

No, I didn't compiled parallel stuff as it is not on my roadmap at this time. The first think was to get OpenFOAM single version running. The MICO/LAM is a future stuff for now.
