Ansys Workbench 13 on Ubntu 11.10 64 bit

I installed Ansys 13 Sp2 on Ubuntu 11.10 64 bit with the Howto of Post 161 but I get the following error message if I start ansys workbench with the above mentione alias "runwb2":
