can someone please tell me if species transport...

can someone please tell me if species transport is enough to model shock initiated combustion or should i use the options pre-mixed combustion or non-premixed combustion etc etc in the models option....

I am trying to simulate the combustion of a bubble in shock tube using fluent. I would like to know which turbulence models to be used and also if premixed combustion option or non premixed...
