Are "fixnum" & "flonum" merly functions in UDF?

If not, Do they need define function?

There is 'fixnum_arg( List_Ref(l,j),1) , " "); in DEFINE_ON_DEMAND
also, I saw the 'flonum_arg' such as 'fixnum_arg'

I did find everywhere, but, I didn't solve that.

Please, help me TT
