My largest case was 1.5m. It works great wiith 2...

My largest case was 1.5m. It works great wiith 2 proc (98%). What happens if u lower the processor number?

try running fluent -3dp -t8

Increasing number of processors in small problems...

Increasing number of processors in small problems doesn't necessarily means increased performance... Rather use less procs!
