its for newtonian fluid....in case of non...

its for newtonian fluid....in case of non newtonian fluid which are highly viscous...they can be considered as laminar flow..... i do not have any idea about specific values

for flat plate it should be more than 5 x 10^5...

for flat plate it should be more than 5 x 10^5 and for pipe flow it should be more than 2300
