Recompiling: you only need to recompile the OpenFOAM library:

foamsrc
wmake libso

should do the trick.

If you want to recompile the whole thing, do:

foam

Unfortunately, my machine is not big enough to run your case under valgrind but I tried two other things.

I have run oodles on a smaller mesh with memory checking switched on...
