Could you please copy the relevant expressions here so that we're not chasing ghosts? The entries you copied won't work (wrong case of BC, no " around expression, no () after normal)

value is only needed by programs that "don't...

value is only needed by programs that "don't understand" the groovyBC (usual reason is that they are not OpenFOAM-programs - therefor they can't load the libs - that understand the OF-Fileformat....
