What I did is to use the "moving reference frame"...

What I did is to use the "moving reference frame" and then set the rotating properties for the entire region. But it seems not correct on boundaries.

Thanks. I will try it. It seems that the "moving reference frame" option can not allow a relative velocity normal to the boundary surface in a rotating frame.
