I found the answer in the manual, C_YI isn't...

I found the answer in the manual, C_YI isn't defined so you have to use Pdf_Yi(cell,tp,0)

I have exactly the same problem, I narrowed it...

I have exactly the same problem, I narrowed it down to solute_mass_frac = C_YI(cell,tp,0);

Did you manage to solve it? Thanks in advance.
