Many thanks! Do you need to create solids rather than deleting blocks? and yes it will be for heat transfer in fluent.

I had a look at the mesh and it looks good, I still get volume errors though. I am starting to think it is impossible not to get them!

I have attempted (a lot of times!) using o-grid (half and full) hoever I get a similar error each time (volume error) but the volumes appear to be ok (fluent confirms the error...
