What is it's use?

Hi,

This is the line which I am not able to understand:
if (NNULLP(THREAD_STORAGE(t,SV_T_AP))) ap = -C_STORAGE_R(c,t,SV_T_AP);

What does NNULLP and C_STORAGE do? I checked the FLUENT UDF...
