If I am reading the problem figure correctly, it is saying the temperautre along Y=0 is constant with respect to theta. Figure 2 seems to represent that.

Does frame 1 have a BC of the temperature ~= 0...

Does frame 1 have a BC of the temperature ~= 0 along y=0?
